Getting it home
One bag. Two people. No tools.
The whole gazebo packs into a single carry bag, 1.58 m long and about 51 kg. It fits in a station wagon, SUV or ute, and it’s a two-person lift into the car.
The frame is one piece and the roof stays on it, so there are no loose poles to sort out. Walk the legs out, raise them to height, zip on as many walls as the weather calls for, then peg it down.

The Wellington rule
If the wind gets up, the gazebo comes down.
A pop-up gazebo is a very good roof and a very bad kite. Peg every leg into the lawn, hang a sandbag weight on each leg on hard ground, and tie off the guy ropes. If the wind picks up past a breeze, drop the walls first, then take it down — the party carries on and the gazebo lives to see the next one. We’ll show you how at collection.

How many people fit under it?
It’s 3m × 6m — 18 square metres. That comfortably covers three trestle tables with 24 children, or 16 to 20 adults seated.
Is it waterproof?
Yes. The roof is heavy-duty coated PVC and the three walls zip on, so you can close off the side the weather is coming from and leave the front open.
How hard is it to put up?
Two adults, a few minutes, no tools. The frame opens out in one piece with the roof already attached. One person can do it at a push, but two is much easier.
Will it fit in my car?
It comes in one bag 1.58 m long, 45 cm wide and 27 cm deep, weighing about 51 kg. A station wagon, SUV or ute is best, and you’ll want two people to lift it. If that doesn’t suit, ask us about delivery.
What’s the difference between 24 hours and the weekend?
24 hours means collecting the evening before your party and bringing it back on the day. The weekend price keeps it from Friday to Monday, so you’re not packing up in the dark or racing the rain.
What are the adult chairs like?
Plain white folding chairs with a steel frame and moulded seat — comfortable, tidy and easy to wipe down. They’re $4 each and fold flat for the car.
Is there a damage bond?
No. The deposit is part of the hire price and comes off your total — it’s not a separate bond. Please return everything you hired; damage beyond normal wear may be charged at a reasonable repair or replacement cost. Our full hire terms explain how that works.
