How high do the tables go?
The 1.5 m trestle tables adjust from about 55 cm to 86 cm, so the same tables work at child height for the kids and at adult height for food, gifts or the grown-ups. The kids’ chairs are for children only; the black folding chairs are adult size.
How many children can you seat?
As many as you need. Eight children sit comfortably at one 1.5 m table, so 24 children is 24 chairs and 3 tables. There is no fixed maximum—for a bigger party we can usually bring in more furniture, so tell us your numbers and we’ll confirm the price with your quote.
How does collection work?
Collection from Porirua is free. 24 chairs and 3 tables fit in a small hatchback; for more than that you may need a bigger car or two trips, so tell us what you drive and we can share measurements.
Can you deliver?
Yes. Choose delivery on the form and we’ll quote it with your date across Porirua, Wellington, Lower Hutt, Upper Hutt and Kāpiti.
Is there a minimum?
Furniture hired on its own has a $40 minimum, so a handful of chairs is still worth the trip. Add furniture to anything else—the gazebo, the picnic, games or candy floss—and there’s no minimum.
How does the deposit work?
A deposit of 20% of the hire, minimum $20, holds your date and comes off your total. We confirm availability and the price before asking for it.
