Chill your drinks in the fridge
Buy juice, fizzy or cordial at the supermarket and chill it before the party. Sugary drinks slush best; sugar-free drinks won’t freeze properly.
Pour in and switch on
Fill it with up to 2.6 litres, choose the slushy program, set the thickness and let it run. Top it up as cups go out.

About 8–10 cups a batch.

What drinks should I use?
Juice, fizzy or cordial from the supermarket all work. Drinks aren’t included in the hire. Chill them in the fridge first, and stick to one flavour per batch.
Can I use sugar-free or diet drinks?
Not for slushies. Sugary drinks slush best; sugar-free drinks won’t freeze properly. Diet fizzy is fine in a cup, just not in the machine.
How many people will it serve?
Each batch is 2.6 litres, about 8–10 cups, and you top it up as you go. It’s best for parties of around 20. For a much bigger crowd, tell us in the enquiry and we’ll talk it through.
Do I have to clean it?
Empty it and give it a rinse before you bring it back: it has a cleaning program, and the removable parts are dishwasher-safe. Return every part and we do the proper clean between hires.
Where does it go, and does it need power?
On a bench or a sturdy table near a normal power point, under cover and out of the rain. It’s 18 cm wide, 43 cm deep and 45 cm tall.
Can you deliver?
Yes, subject to availability. Collection from Porirua is free, or request delivery and we’ll confirm the extra cost for your address.
How does the deposit work?
A deposit of 20% of the hire, minimum $20, holds your date and comes off the total. For the slushy machine on its own that’s $20. You don’t pay anything when you enquire.
